Shipping Location

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the
Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands.

Shipping Cost

• Orders of £30 or more: Free standard delivery.
• Orders under £30: £3.95 standard delivery.

All prices on nalu.co.uk include VAT. No additional taxes or fees will be applied at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated Delivery Time

• Handling time: 1 to 2 working days
• Transit time: 2 to 4 working days
• Total estimated delivery time: 3 to 6 working days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, high
demand periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via DPD courier.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a DPD tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Notes

Leave safe and delivery to a neighbour options have been disabled on our DPD account for security reasons. DPD will photograph the parcel at your door upon delivery. If you are not home, you can manage your delivery via the DPD app or tracking page.

Changing Your Address

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to modify your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible at team@nalu.co.uk or +44 808 196 2210.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, contact us and we will accommodate your request. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us immediately at team@nalu.co.uk or +44 808 196 2210. Please retain the damaged packaging and take photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Unexpected Delays

If your package takes longer than the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
