The Footactive Green Steps ECO Active insoles are structured orthotic insoles designed by podiatrists specifically for sports, endurance, and high impact activities. Based on Footactive's best-selling Sports insoles but made from sustainable materials, with the insole material certified at up to 76% renewable bio-content.

Where the ECO Plantar Fasciitis insole focuses on treating an existing condition, the ECO Active is built for prevention and performance. The strong, durable arch support and deep heel cup stabilise the foot during dynamic movement, while high levels of shock absorption through the heel and forefoot cushioning reduce excess pressure on the feet, knees, and lower back during running, jumping, and rapid changes of direction.

The insoles also help correct over-pronation and prevent inward rolling of the ankles, which is a common contributing factor to shin splints, Achilles tendonitis, and knee pain in active people. Trim to fit, they're compatible with all athletic footwear including trainers, running shoes, walking boots, ski boots, and work boots. A soft organic cotton top cover provides a breathable, comfortable surface layer.
