The Sissel Spiky Dome is a compact, dome-shaped balance and coordination trainer with a textured spiked surface that doubles as a foot massage tool. Sold as a set of two (one blue, one red), the domes can be used individually for single-foot balance challenges and foot massage, or together for more advanced bilateral exercises that test proprioception, coordination, and stability.
