The Sissel Sitfit Plus is a 2-in-1 active sitting cushion that combines a sitting wedge and an air-filled balance pad in one ergonomically shaped design. Placed on any standard chair, it gently encourages active, dynamic sitting that eases upper body tension, engages the back muscles, and promotes an upright posture, all without you needing to consciously exercise. Your body does the work simply by adjusting to the unstable surface as you sit.

The clever part is the asymmetric shape. With the flat side facing forward, the Sitfit Plus provides extra thigh support for stabilised sitting during longer periods at a desk. Rotate it 180° so the round side faces forward and the sitting position becomes less stable, more active, and more dynamic, ideal for shorter sessions and targeted exercises. This simple rotation gives you two distinct sitting modes from one product.

The cushion arrives pre-inflated and ready to use, with a pump included for adjusting the air pressure to your preferred firmness. It comes with an exercise poster showing how to get the most from your Sitfit Plus, including pelvic floor exercises and back strengthening movements. Optional zipped covers are available separately for added comfort and easy cleaning.
