The Sissel Balancefit is a multifunctional air-filled balance disc designed to improve balance, coordination, strength, and circulation. Both surfaces feature specially shaped spikes in two different thicknesses: one side has low, rounded knobbles for gentle stimulation, while the other has higher, sharper spikes for a more intense sensory feedback. This dual-textured design lets you choose the level of stimulation that suits your session, from gentle proprioceptive training to deep foot massage.The disc can be inflated or deflated using the built-in needle valve, allowing you to regulate the air pressure and adjust the instability to your level. More air makes it firmer and easier to balance on; less air increases the challenge.
