The Sissel Press Ball is a solid foam hand therapy ball designed for targeted finger therapy and fine motor training. While the Press Egg is shaped for whole-hand grip work, the Press Ball's round shape makes it especially suited to exercises that focus on individual finger strength, thumb opposition, and the smaller muscles of the hand that are harder to isolate with a larger tool.

Available in the same four resistance levels as the Press Egg, the Press Ball allows progressive training from gentle rehabilitation through to firm conditioning. Squeeze it in the palm, press it between individual fingers, or roll it across the hand to work different muscle groups and improve dexterity. The graduated densities make it easy to start with a soft ball and progress as strength and mobility return.

Easy to clean and sterilise, the Press Ball is hygienic for shared use in clinical environments. Each ball comes with an exercise sheet outlining exercises for home or clinic use.
